Northwest Skills and Innovation Hub was Established in 2024 in the office of Zonal youth Leader Northwest under the leadership of Ahmad Bola Tinubu to Assist and Support Youths in the Northwest zone.
The NSIH (Northwest Skills and Innovation Hub) is an Initiatives Program launched by Federal government of Nigeria to the peoples of Northwest. FG set to Empower 1000,000 Million Youths in the Northwest Zone .The aims of this program is to provides Skills and Support to address the issue of insecurity and the employment of the Northwest youths.

NSIH Program Application Eligibility
- Must be in Northwest zone (must be an Indigent of one of the eligible Northwest States).
- Must have possess at least SSCE Certificate and or above (ND, NCE, HND and or B.sc Degree).
- Must have an active National Identification Number-NIN
- Must have a valid Bank Verification Number -BVN
- Must be between 18 and above years
- Must have Submit an online Application Form
- Must have a Recent passport photography
- Must have a business registration Number ( CAC number and or Smendan Number)
- Must have provides at least One Referee

NSIH Program Eligible States
This is the List of all eligible Northwest States to participate into Northwest Skills and Innovation Hub (NSIH) Program. The Northwest has seven (7) within the zone and it Comprises the Following:
- Jigawa
- Kaduna
- Kano
- Katsina
- Kebbi
- Sokoto
- Zamfara
NSIH Program Eligible Business Sector
Northwest Youths interested to participate into Northwest Skills and Innovation Hub (NSIH) Program must have select any one of the followings Business Sector. Any Youth who passed the Application approval and verification will be assign into sector he/she selected during an online Application Form. The eligible Businesse sector are outlined below:
- Agric and Agri-Business
- Artisan
- Light manufacturing
- ICT And any Others Related

NSIH Program Required Documents To Be Upload
To be eligible and meets the Physical screening/verification of Northwest Skills and Innovation Hub (NSIH) Program, must have uploads the Following required documents (PDF/File must be not be higher than the 10 MB as a Maximum Allowed)
- A Cleared National Identification Number (NIN) Slip and or Plastic one if available
- Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Number
- Small and Medium Enterprises ( ) Number
- A Recent passport photography
NSIH Program Application Process
- Receive an Online Application Form From Northwest Youths
- Review an Application Form Submitted
- Shortlisted and Calls for physical Screening/Verification
- Finally shortlisted the Successfully Candidates and assign them in organization accordingly to Business Sector selected and start learn Skills.
Method Of How To Apply NSIH Program
- Go To Google Form designed by Northwest Skills and Innovation Hub (NSIH) Program Via FORM
- Fill and Complete Personal Data, Uploads required documents, select Business Sector, provides Referee Informations, provides some Education Background.
- Finally, Upload a Cleared Recent passport photography and Click Submit.

Who Is Eligible For NSIH Program?
Been a Northwest Youth, Having a Minimum of SSCE Certificate, must between 18 and above years, must have NIN, BVN, CAC number and or Smendan Number, and one Referee.
How Many Northwest Youths Is Target To Empower Into NSIH Program?
Federal government of Nigeria is Launched Northwest Skills and Innovation Hub (NSIH) Program to address the insecurity and employment challenge across the Northwest zone. The NSIH is targeting to accommodate 1 Million Northwest Youths into various Sector.
What Are Eligible Business Sector For NSIH?
The Business Sector selected by NSIH Program is Agric and Agri-Business, Artisan, Light manufacturing, ICT And any Others Related.

What Are The Required To Documents Uploads For NSIH Program?
Northwest Youths Is required documents such includes National Identification Number, Bank Verification Number, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Number/Smendan Number, and recent passport photography.

You are good to go with Smendan Certificate if its available.
What about if you don’t have cac certificate
You can use Smendan certificate instead of CAC Certificate
