About the Program

Dangote Group is a largest producer of goods and services in Nigeria. Dangote has various companies across the state Nigeria, Dangote has Cement company in Obajina, and also have severals companies operating in lagos includes Dangote flower and sugar companiy etc and Oil Refinery company In Lekki.

Dangote Academy Trainee Program is opens every for engineering and non-engineering fields. Also Dangote Academy Trainee Program For Engineering Graduates has Commenced for 2025/2026 training programs.

Dangote Academy Committee wishing to inform to the general public that the Dangote Academy scheme for engineering graduates has Commenced. Graduates in engineering from the eight (8) fields are eligible to benefits trainee/internship program Dangote Academy conducted every year.

The Dangote Academy is now Accepting an Applications Form for a new engage candidates from eligible graduates in engineering for 2025/2026 training programs.

Eligible Fields

Only engineering fields is eligible for this Program. Below is the eligible Fields targeting for this Program:

1. Automotive Engineering
2. Chemical Engineering
3. Electrical Engineering
4. Food Engineering Technology
5. Instrumentation & Automation
6. Mechanical Engineering
7. Mining Engineering
8. Production Engineering

Eligibility:

• Must be a Nigerian either by birth or Neutralization
• Must possess a B.Sc degree in Engineering and or HND in Engineering from any recognized universities and Polytechnics in Nigeria.
• Must be in the above Engineering fields
• Must have Finished/completed NYSC Serving and or Exemption Letter on or before the month of December 2024.
• Must be a graduate in Engineering with at First class or Second class upper for University graduates while upper credit in the case of Polytechnics graduates .
• Must not be lower than 18 years and must not be great than 28 years old as a Maximum

Who Is Eligible?

An eligible candidate is the one who is graduating in Engineering from any recognized universities and Polytechnics in Nigeria with at least First Class or Second class upper for University graduates while Upper Credit for Polytechnics, who is not more than 28 years old, and who completed his/her NYSC Serving and or obtained a certificate or exemption on or before the month of December 2024.

What Are The Targeted Fields?

The Dangote Program committee is targeting to trains graduates from eight (8) Engineering Fields in Dangote Academy graduate engineering training program. The targeting eight (8) engineering fields are includes: Automotive Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Engineering Technology, Instrumentation & Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, and Production Engineering.
