Malaysia International Scholarship Scheme
The Malaysia International Scholarship Scheme is a scheme initiative by the government of Malaysia to support talents Students from all over the world to pursue their Study (Postgraduate Studies) in Malaysia county.
This Malaysia International Scholarship is a scholarship opens every year as usual to support talents globally to continue their postgraduate programmes.
Malaysia government invited an applications from interested and international graduates for their Malaysia international scholarship scheme for the2025/2026 academic session, the Scholarship Portal has opened today 10 June 2025 and would be closed on June 30, 2025.
This Scholarship is specifically opened for students with an academic excellence by attracting, encouraging and retaining skilled human capital from abroad.
Interested candidates who are international graduates with excellent academic and professional qualifications are welcome to apply for this scholarship to further their studies at leading Malaysian universities and higher education institutions with the opportunity to enjoy Malaysian hospitality and the world’s highest quality education experience.

Who is Eligible For Malaysia International Scholarship
- International graduates who are citizens from the eligible countries of Malaysia international scholarship 2025.
- International graduates who are intend to pursue Postgraduate Studies (Masters/PhD) as a full time Students in Malaysia.
- International graduates who are currently enrolled postgraduate studies as a full time Students in any Malaysian public universities and selected private universities with at least two years semester at the time of study.
- Applicants must not be more than 40 years during the application for Postgraduate program (Masters).
- Applicants must not be more than 45 years during the application for Postgraduate program (PhD).
- Applicant to qualified for MIS Scholarship must obtained have at least CGPA 3.00 (Upper class division or massive grade for Masters Program while CGPA of 3.00 for PhD program as obtained in masters.
- Applicants for both Masters and PhD Programmes must have proficiency in English language.
- Applicants for both Masters and PhD must have IELTS band 6.0 and or higher.
- Applicants must submit a research proposal of at least 1000 words.

1. Visit the MIS Scholarship official portal at https://biasiswa.mohe.gov.my/INTER/index.php
2. Fill out the application form and uploads a cleared scanned copies of his/her documents.
3. Submit an Application form.
