BIARN Program For Nigerians: Beneficiary Registration Form: The Senate Barau Jibril foundation is calls Application for the Barau Initiative Agricultural Revolution in Nigeria (BIARN) program for northwest Nigerians. The program is initiates under the deputy President of the Senate chamber Senator Barau I Jibrin.
The application form the BIARN is opened on 6th March 2025 and would be closed on 21th March, 2025. The program is targeting to select 3 persons from the total of 186 local government area in the Northwest Zone.
Beneficiary will have access to a free interest loan ranging from 1M naira to 5M naira to invest in the farming.
The Senate Barau Jibril foundation is collaboration with Bank of Agriculture to host the program. The agreement between the foundation and the Bank of Agriculture has been signed and stamped.

BIARN Application Eligibility Criteria
To participate into the Barau Initiative For Agricultural Revolution in Northwest of Nigeria (BIARN), Candidates must have the following requirements:
- Must be a citizens of Nigeria from Northwest Zone. The northwest zone such as Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara.
- Must have possess Higher National Diploma (HND) or B.Sc Degrees in any field.
- Must have desire to participate into the Agricultural products such as rice and maize farming.
- Must have submitting an application form attached with the documents required.
Eligible States BIARN Program
Barau Initiative For Agricultural Revolution in Northwest of Nigeria (BIARN) selected northwest zone of Nigeria to participate into the program. The eligible states from the selected zone are as follows:
- Jigawa
- Kaduna
- Kano
- Katsina
- Kebbi
- Sokoto
- Zamfara

How to Apply for BIARN Program
Interested Nigerians who wishing to participate for BIARN program, should follows the procedures of application form below to submit your application:
1. Access the Program Portal
Visit the BIARN program official portal through https://biarn.com.ng/register to register and proceed for the online application form.
2. Validate/Verify NIN
To proceed for the application form, you need to verify/validate your National Identification Number (NIN) before you can proceed to the application form. Once you successfully passed the validation stage, you can proceed to enter your personal informations. Make sure that all the informations on your NIN are correct and accurately.

Applicants shall fill out their personal information and make sure that the informations provided is matched with the NIN informations. Fill the following required fields below:
