NSIA Young Leadership Programme (NYLP) For Nigerians. The NSIA Young Leadership Programme (NYLP) is invited an application from suitably and qualified Nigerians for their 2025 program. 

NSIA invites applications from qualified professionals who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the 2025 NSIA Youth Leadership Program (NYLP).The NYLP is a two (2) year for Nigerian Citizens.

The NYLP is a key component of the Nigerian Investment Authority (NSIA) strategy to contribute to nation building through human resource development. It is a 2 year integrated program for young professionals seeking to develop their skills.

NYLP is a 2 year program that combines classroom and on the job training that provides unparalleled opportunities for graduates seeking to gain experience and expertise into the NYLP.

Successful applicants will be equipped with a unique set of knowledge, skills and abilities required to make seamless transitions to the corporate landscape.

NSIA Application Eligibility Criteria 

To to eligible for NSIA Young Leadership Programme, applicants must have meet the following requirements outlined below:

• Must be a citizen of Nigeria either by birth or neutralization 
• Must be 26 years old or younger as of December 31, 2025.
• Must have a minimum of Second Class Upper Division.
• Must have completed your NYSC 
• Must have completed your NYSC in not more than 2 years post NYSC experience 
• Must have analytical skills and excellent research 
• Must have a good communication Skills 
• Must have a proficiency in English 
• Must have computer Literacy (Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office etc)
