BASUG Release Merit Admissions List Into Undergraduate Programmes For 2024/2025 Academic Session

 

Sa’adu Zungur University (BASUG) wishes to inform the University community and the general that the Merit Admissions List of Candidates who who admitted into Undergraduate Programmes For 2024/2025 Academic Session.

The University renamed from Bauchi State University Gadau to Saadu Zungur University Bauchi State. The Screening will commence on August 27, 2024 and ends on September 10, 2024, and also the screening will be conducted at the University respective campuses when the Programmes is located.

The University Begins Sending a Congratulations Message to any Admitted Once through their SMS and Email Address. Below is the Sample of Congratulations For Admitted Into the University.

Candidate Physical Screening Requirements

Candidate who Meets the merit List for 2024/2025 Admission into the University is expected to comes screening along with originals and photocopies of the following requirements below:

• Acknowledgement Online Screening Form
• Printout of SSCE Result ( NECO, WAEC, NABTED GCE and Others)
• JAMB Result
• Scratch Card For Verification of NECO, WAEC, NABTED, GCE and Other Equivalent O’Level Result.
• A Candidate Recent Passport Photography

BASUG Admission And Screening Eligibility

Candidate seeking admission For the 2024/2025 Academic Session at Saadu Zungur University Bauchi should meets the following eligibility:

• Candidate Must have obtained a Minimum of 140 Point Scored in the JAMB ( 2024 UTME).
• Candidate Must have obtained a Minimum of at least 5 Credits in O’Level Result and Must Includes Mathematics and English Language in not More than 2 Settings.
• Candidate must have Sat for the relevant UTME Subject Combination 2024 JAMB ( 2024 UTME).
• In Addition to Direct Entry (DE), Candidates Must have obtained a ND, NCE with a Minimum of lower credit and or Minimum of 7 Points in IJMB

1. Candidates who meet the Merit List Must ensure that he/she upload their SSCE Result on the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Portal before coming to Physical Screening.
2. Candidate Should Check his/her JAMB Portal (Center of Admission Process) to accept and Print their JAMB Admission Letters after 2-3 days of Successfully Physical Screening.
3. Candidates who accepted their Admission at Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) will be able to access Admission in the Saadu Zungur University Portal.
4. Candidates Must have to create an accounts and proceed to pay a sum of 2,000 thousand Naira for the Screening exercise via online Screening at https://basug.edu.ng screened admission cloud
