Renewed Hope National Agricultural Mechanization Program (RHNAMP)
Applications for the Renewal of Hope National Agricultural Program (RHNAMP) are now open for Nigerians.
The Bank of Agriculture (BOA), in partnership with Heifer Nigeria, is pleased to announce the launch of the Renewed Hope National Agricultural Mechanization Program (RHNAMP), a transformative tractor financing and management program designed to expand access to affordable mechanization services across Nigeria.
The Renewed Hope National Agricultural Mechanization Program (RHNAMP) aims to strengthen Nigeria food security agenda by empowering a new generation of mechanization service providers, particularly women, youth, and mechanization companies, with access to tractors and implements that can transform agricultural productivity and rural livelihoods.
Each beneficiary will receive a fully equipped tractor, supported by access to:
- Preventive maintenance and technical support through mechanization hubs,
 - Digital tracking via IoT technology, and
 - Flexible repayment linked to usage and income generation.
 
Who can apply RHNAMP
1. Who are Women Agripreneurs: A women agripreneurs with experience or interest in operating a tractor service business in Nigeria.
2. Who are Young Agripreneurs aged 18-35 years old: A young agripreneurs with experience or interest in running a tractor service business in Nigeria.
3. Who are in Agro Service Companies: A machinery and Agro-Service Companies looking to expand their fleet and reach.
What Successful Applicants Will Receive
1. Access to tractors under a flexible lease to home model.
2. Training and onboarding on tractor operation, maintenance, and business management.
3. Digital visibility and tracking through a monitoring platform.
4. Access to machine shops for spare parts, repairs, and sales support. Business support to help manage savings, revenue, and farmer relationships.
Eligibility Requirements for Renewed Hope National Agricultural Mechanization Program
To qualify for the Program, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria below:
For Individual Applicants
- Must be a Nigerian citizen or a registered agricultural professional working in the agricultural sector.
 - Must have access to a rotating farm or a designated farmer service cluster with a least 350 acres in total per tractor.
 - Must be able to digitally track and monitor tractor operations
 - Must shows the ability to operate the equipment.
 - Must possess a sound business plan that outlines the scope of services, costs, and expected revenue.
 - Must present evidence of financial capacity or equity contribution to the lease.
 - Must be committed to regular payments under the Bank of Agriculture (BoA) financial support scheme.
 
For Enterprises Applicants
- Be a registered business operating in Nigeria.
 - Shows access to a rotating agricultural holding or a cluster of farmers (minimum 500 hectares within a 50km radius per tractor).
 - Own or intend to employ qualified tractor operators and booking agents.
 - Have a working base or service point in the agricultural production area.
 - Shows ability to manage payments through mechanical means of income.
 - Provide evidence such includes Business registration (CAC certificate) or partnership registration certificate, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and Bank account statement or proof of financial capacity and Be willing to adopt a digital monitoring system to monitor tractor usage and payments
 - Commit to attending training for operators and technicians.

2. Second Stage Application: Qualified applicants will be invited to submit further details
3. Selection & Notification: Successful applicants will be contacted for onboarding and training before deployment.
