Qualifications: Minimum of Degrees Certificates with ar second class
Age Limit: 18 years and Above.
Experiences: Minimum of 0-2 working experiences
Month 1 Introductory: Strengthen your onboarding to understand our culture, safety standards, and operations.
Month 4 Introductory: Gain exposure to industry, marketing, strategy, procurement, and other business functions.
Month 7 Deep Dive: Experience in your chosen role with real-world responsibilities.
Mentoring: Each Graduate Trainee is paired with a dedicated mentor for guidance and career development.

Who is can apply?

Must be a graduated no later than January 2023 with a at least Second Class or its equivalent
Must have possess degrees in Accounting, Business Management, Chemical, Finance, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering and related discipline
Must be comfortable with digital tools, data analysis, and remote collaboration platforms
Must have at least 0-2 years of work experience or any exposure to a Plant environment is an advantage
Involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or internships is an added advantage
