1. Educational Qualifications

5. O’Level Results (Senior Secondary Certificate)
Applicant must have obtained a minimum of five (5) credits in Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (NECO, WAEC or equivalent), including English and Mathematics in one setting paper.

Application Guide for New Applicants
Applicants Management Trainee Programme applying for the first time, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Start Your Registration
Click on the Proceed button on the application portal to start your registration. Applicants will be required to complete their basic personal details.
Step 2: Activate Your Account
After applicants submitting their details, an activation email will be sent to their registered email address.
- Open your email inbox.
Click on the activation link provided (or copy and paste the URL into your browser).
- You will be redirected automatically to the application portal to continue your registration.
Step 3: Complete the Application
Log in to the portal and carefully fill out the application form with accurate information.
Step 4: Upload Required Document
You must upload a recent passport photograph. The passport photo must not exceed 20KB in size.
Step 5: Submit Your Application
After completing the form:
- Submit your application.
- A 12ndigit Application Reference Number (ARN) will be generated.
Step 6: Online Quick Test
If your application successfully passes the preliminary screening:
- You will be automatically redirected to an online test page.
- The test consists of multiple choice questions.
- The online quick test will spend 15 minutes to finish.
Note: If your application does not pass the screening stage, a notification message will be displayed on your screen.

Applicants who have already started their application can continue by following these steps:
- Click on the “Continue Application” button.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Proceed to complete and submit your application.
