3,000 Job Opportunities Available for Nigerians Through the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Programme and Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP)
The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Programme and the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) have announced the availability of 3,000 job opportunities for Nigerians. Successful applicants will receive a monthly salary of up to ₦150,000.
Interested candidates are required to register, update their profiles, and apply for their preferred job positions. Applicants will also undergo an assessment process before their job applications are considered.
In addition, it has been revealed that there are over 396 job vacancies spread across the 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, with various organizations and companies currently recruiting qualified candidates.
Eligible Nigerians are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and complete their applications as soon as possible.
The Federal Government has now officially launched the application portal for the 3MTT NextGen Fellowship. The initiative, introduced by the Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani.
The initiatives is designed to empower young talents in the tech ecosystem. According to the minister, the fellowship marks a significant step toward developing the next generation of digital innovators and leaders in Nigeria.
The program offers the digital skills, real world learning opportunities and mentorship to help the Nigerians youth thrive economy innovation.
The 3MTT Programme ha partnered with DBN to empower 100,000 Nigerian youths to startups with digital Skills.
The 3MTT NextGen Fellowship available digital skills includes; Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Animation, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Analysis and Visualization, DeOps, Data Science, Game Development, Production Development, Quality Assurance, UI/UX, and Software Development.

3MTT NextGen Fellowship Requirements
To participate into the 3MTT NextGen Fellowship, applicants must have have the following eligibility criteria below:
- Must a Nigerian youth with aged between 18 and above years.
- Must have an active National Identity Number (NIN) or Bank Verification Number (BVN).
- Must submit an online application form.

To apply for 3MTT NextGen Fellowship, follows the simple steps below:
1. Visit the 3MTT official portal to join the NextGen Fellowship via 3MTT Portal.
2. Choose the design areas. You can apply As a Fellow, As an Applied Learning Cluster and or As a Dev in Government, and then click on next to proceed to the application form.
3. Select a means of Identification (NIN or BVN) and enter the your NIN or BVN number to validate and continues.
4. Click on the log in and use your registered email address and password to access your profile.
5. Click on No if you are not an NYSC and click yes if you are NYSC and then enter your Call up number to continue.
6. Update your profile by enter your Personal Information.
7. Complete your Education and Skills.
8. Complete your Professional Experience.
9. Fill out your Learning Preferences.
10. Complete your Accessibility details.
3MTT NextGen Entry Assessment
If you have successfully registered for the program, you are required to log in to your dashboard and complete the assessment before the stated deadline.
This assessment is a mandatory stage in the selection process and plays a crucial role in determining your progression to the next phase of the fellowship.
