RH-WAVE 774 Agro-Value Expansion Programme for 10M Women

The Federal Government has officially launched the RH-WAVE 774 Women Agro-Value Expansion (WAVE) Programme Federal Ministry of Women Affairs to empower women.

The program was empowered by the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, the programme is designed to provide structured financial support, capacity development and value-chain opportunities to women across all the 774 Local Government Areas in Nigeria.

The RH-WAVE Programme targets the empowerment of up to 10 million Nigerian women by enhancing their productivity, improving value addition and positioning them for export readiness within the agricultural sector.

Selected beneficiaries will receive financial support of up to ₦1,000,000 each and technical guidance and business growth support tailored to agribusiness development.

RH-WAVE 774 Agro-Value Expansion Programme is specifically opens for women aged 18 years and above, this nationwide intervention reflects the governments commitment to inclusive economic growth, poverty reduction and food security. 

Applications officially opened on March 1st, 2026, and interested applicants are encouraged to submit their applications through the official programme website.

1. Must be a Nigerian women and aged between 18 and above years

2. Must be in any one of the following categories:

• A farmer
• A trader
• A processor
• A graduate
• A single mother
• A rural entrepreneur
• A market woman
• A woman with dreams

3. Business Registration Certificate (Optional)

4. Tax Identification Number (Optional)

5. Must submit an online application form
