The Sustainable Education and Leadership for Africa (SELA) is seeking an applications from suitably qualified Africans for its 2025 cohort 4 fellowship program. The application portal is opened on 5th September, 2025 and would be closed on 20th September, 2025. But the application portal will be extended due to some reason. Interested and qualified candidates can now apply for the SELA Fellowship Program at the SELA official portal. All applicants from African Countries are eligible to participate into the SELA Fellowship Program 2025 cohort 4.

About SELA Fellowship
The Strengthening Education and Leadership for Africa (SELA) Fellowship is a program under the African Youth Leadership Program, which aims to build sustainable African leaders who are passionate about leading diverse grassroots initiatives in their communities.
The fellowship equips them with the skills they need to begin addressing the challenges facing Africans. The fellowship also supports fellows in conducting outreach activities in their communities. The fellowship equips them with the skills they need to start or continue building their own social enterprises and non-profit organizations that address the challenges facing Africans.

Step 3: Click on “Apply for SELA Fellowship 2025 (Cohort 4) now!” To proceed for application form.
Step 2: Fill out the personal informations and Click on Next.
Step 3: Uploads a Valid Identification Document (Government issued): This can be a passport/ID/birth certificate/Drivers License as long as it shows your date of birth (PDF format).
Step 4: Uploads a Highest Academic Certificate and CV with references (PDF format) and click on next continues.
Step 5: Submit a 90 second Video Submission sharing your passion and motivation (Uploaded to Google Drive with a shareable link) and click on next to continues.
Step 6: Uploads a Recent Headshot (PNG or JPG format) and click on Click on “Apply” to submit your application form.
