Nigerian Navy Recruitment 2025/2026 Into BATCH 38

The Nigerian Navy (NN) has officially announces the commencement day of recruitment personnels into Basic training school batch 38. 2025/2026 Navy recruitment is compromise of both trades and Non-trades category as usual.

The Nigerian Navy announced the commencement day on Thursday 2 October, 2025 of its 2025/2026 recruitment. The application portal for 2025/2026 batch 38 will be open on 2 October, 2025 and the registration would be closed on 31 October, 2025.

Application Portal will be accessible for the duration of five 4 weeks, 1 day period which enables Nigerian citizens who wish to join into the Nigerian Navy Basic training school Batch 38 to submit their application. Interested applicants are advised to use the grace of 4 weeks, 1 days period to submit their online application form. Submission after the duration of time given will lead applicants to disqualification from the application process.

Nigerian Navy Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Applicants to join into the Nigerian Navy must be a Nigerian Citizens by birth.
Applicants must have a validation National Identity Number (NIN)
Applicants to join Nigerian Navy must be at least 1.69 metres (height) for male applicants while 1.65 metres (height) for female candidates
Applicants must be in good health (medically, Physically, psychological and mentally fit.
Applicants must have not participating in any criminal cases (have not been convicted any offense presently or previously Convictions).
Applicants wish to apply with O’Level results must be between the range of 18 to 22 years by 31 October, 2025.
Applicants Applying for Tradesmen must have obtained a minimum of 4 credits passed in SSCE/NECO, WAEC NEBTED or GCE which includes Mathematics and any in at least two Settings paper, not older than 2014.
Applicants wish to apply with OND/,NCE and or any other equipment results must be between the range of 18 and 26 years by 31 October, 2025. Also must have at least 5 credits in NECO, WAEC NEBTED GCE, and the results must not older than 2014.
Applicants Applying for the rank of Chaplain & Imam Assistant and Drivers & Mechanic must be between the range of 18 to 28 years by 31 October, 2025.
Applicants Must have obtained a minimum of five credits (5) in NECO, WAEC, NEBTED, GCE and or any other equivalent results includes Mathematics and English Language in not more than 2 Settings exam and the results must not older than 2018.
Applicants wish to apply for professions allied to medicine must have gained a minimum of National Diploma (ND) from any recognized training institutions in across Nigeria with a validation Practicing License.
Applicants wish to join Nigerian Navy as a sportsmen & women should provide evidence of their Sport experience with a certificates.
All applicants to join Nigerian Navy must be an English Language proficiency. Not Fluency in English Language may lead applicants disqualification from the recruitment process.

Requirements For Nigerian Navy Recruitment Physical Screening

Applicants after the Completion of the online application form are required to download and print out the following documents for physical Screening purposes:

Acknowledgement Form.
Parent/Guardian Consent Form
Local Government Attestation Form
Letter of Indigent (State Origin Certificate)
National Identification Number NIN
Bank Verification Number BVN

NB: Local Government Attestation Form must be signed by a Local Government Chairman, or a military officer of the rank of Commander in the Nigerian Navy or equivalent in the AFN.
